[SEL] IHC vertical famous engine differences help

Hi all

Can someone tell me the difference between these engines:

2 HP.  NONPAREIL VERTICAL TANK COOLED serial numbers starting with "KG"
2 HP.  FAMOUS VERTICAL TANK COOLED serial numbers starting with "KA"
2 HP.  FAMOUS VERTICAL TANK COOLED serial numbers starting with "K"

My mate has an early one and I am waiting for the serial number, while looking through my IHC data book I came across these.
