[SEL] Portland Discussion - Of Topic of Engines

I know this is off topic of engine discussion but I chatted with some
(actually a Q&A I did when I gave away some Babbitt) in regards to my
local post office being one of 4 in the US that isn't required to use a
zip code.  I had someone ask me if I would send them the article about
this and I can't remember who it was.  So, whoever it was can click on
this link and read the article that was written in a stamp collector's
