The question was "who made it " . Sattley is the MW brand , and Nelson Brothers built em . Lots of cool stuff besides Nelsons with Sattley tags , especially the bigger stuff . ////////// My guess would be that it is a Sattley engine as that was what MW was reselling in the 20's.
