[SEL] wow it's quiet

Hi Chester (I've been napping). :-)

It's a 1.5hp Throttle governed (1923).

I require a 48diag tooth cam gear, push rod and the throttle governing 
gear (although it is not required to get the engine running).

I have adapted a 3hp mixer to the head and have a Lucas AB33 already 
mounted on the side-plate.
