[SEL] Unusual engine

Hi All,
         I came across a rather unusual engine (for South Africa at least) 
this weekend.

         The only identification is "Ideal Oil Engine". It is an open crank 
horizontal oil (as in paraffin/kerosene) engine with a magneto and spark 
plug (but these may be a later modification).
