Hi Guys,
I hope you have all been keeping well - I've not been very active
on the list of late - just been busy.

A friend (fellow engine collector) of mine is emigrating to Aus
(and I wish I could do the same) soon. He's going to settle in Brisbane as
he has family there.

He has asked me to ask my mates from Aus. (that's you guys) for
some contact names of collectors and clubs in the Brisbane area as he would
like to make contact with them.

He does not have a great collection of engines but those engines
that he does have do run beautifully. He builds aircraft for a living and
is a perfectionist in whatever he does (except "paint jobs" - but that is
another story - here's why
<http://www.oldengine.org/members/evans/vow/engine4/mh1.JPG> ).

         His passions are (in order)
         1) Aircraft & flying (he has the best restored "SAAB Safire" in
the world - according to SAAB) This is going to Aus with him.
         2) Motorcars (Mustang, Ford, Chev etc.)
         3) Stationary engines. Although this one is only 3rd on the list
it is the one he enjoys most because he says "the engine guys are the best"
- but we all knew that already, didn't we !!!

He is trying to establish which of his engines to take with -
says "I'd rather take up the space in a container with 3 engines than a
couch (sofa)."

Keep the revs up (or down)
