[SEL] Head bolt stuck

Is the head removed?  If so, place a nut  (with a  diameter slightly smaller 
than the diameter of the broken stud) over the broken  stud and carefully arc 
weld the nut to the stud.  Let cool and it should  unscrew with a wrench.
