[SEL] Old Hand Powered Well Pump

Howdy Folks,

This is not really off-topic because I want to hook this up to a pump jack and runn it with one of my engines.  8>))

Any idea how old this one is???
I would love to see a complete pump like this one.
I know I don't need the handle to run it with a pump jack.
