[SEL] Couple questions

  Howdy all;
Will soon be coming back to this side of the tracks after 3 yrs. trying to 
learn how to boil water.

  Couple questions please;

  Does anyone build small IHC "M" carts w/wheels?

  Is there a general rule of thumb as to how much of the flat belt should 
contact the driven pulley?  Trying to stay away from a belt tensioner for 
now.
