[SEL] drip oilers

Hi Rick,
  Sometimes the main glass gaskets are too thick. Gaskets get replaced with 
too thick of material.  Or real thin gaskets can sometimes cheat you the 
room you need to make the needles reach more closely without complicated 
repairs.
Or the glass was replaced and it was a bit too tall.  Otherwise new or 
modified.needles are in order.     Mark
