[SEL] Ketchup

Wiki got it wrong about "Tomato Sauce" being a synonym for ketchup. 
Very different stuff, and it just won't substitute.

I am reminded that in my earliest days in far south Alabama on the 
Mississippi border, we called it "catchup."
