My old Dad had a car with a leaking radiator back in the 20s. As he and his
mate had to go on a date, they put some oats in to seal it.
Driving along with their ladies, it boiled, blew the cap and sprayed them
with hot porrige. I dont think it did much for the romantic intentions!!
