Many thanks for that information, Dave, I was wondering about buying
Vol II, but maybe not now.

I agree with the quality of the images on the 1994 version, so maybe
I'd be better off looking for a good original.

The leather bound version seems to attract very high bids whenever it
comes up, I know I bid for one some years ago and the price went
ballistic :-))
