All running now. There will be a few odds and sods that we have
missed/overlooked, but the new menu is installed along with the new
sections.

The old directories will remain for 2 weeks, then they will be
deleted, so any bookmarked items in the old sections will be lost.

Let me know if you come across any obvious bloomers please (no, not
that kind, Dave R !)
