[SEL] That Wico Advance Lever

For what its worth, I have had odd things with the linkage setups over the 
years.
You really have to look closely to see what is happening.
That reason it aing working right can be hard to see.
First up, ya have to realise what 'Should' occur. Then you go looking for 
why it dont! And, when ya find it!!  "Why didn't I SEE that??
Been there, dun that!!
I really think this is an important part of the lure of old engines.
