[SEL] wear sleeve

has anyone know of a place that sells generic wear sleeves ?  the rear engine seal journal is pitted pretty bad ,,, its 4 in. in diameter and has a 5/8 in. face,,, couldnt find anything at the local machine shops,,, their advice : just get another crankshaft,,, yeah, lol,,,,
i guess j b weld is an option but i'd rather use a sleeve;;
any ideas will be appreciated,,,
