[SEL] Thanks to contributors, bidders and Spencer - charity auction

Spencer recently sent out the message summarisng the charity auction 
income and suggesting his proposed break-up of donations.

We should all be thankful to:
- those of us who donated items to the auction
- those of us who had enough spare to bid
and also Spencer for the work he puts into the auction each year, 
facilitating the auction free and especially his honesty and integrity 
to carry out this important treasurery task.
