[SEL] Torque Setting for Head Bolts

Thanks Joe but I have no idea what grade these bolts are, they are 1/2" in 
diameter so I assume that they are 1-2 X 13 bolts but that is about all I 
know. The Stover literature I have just say's cylinder head stud and nut.
