[SEL] Unknown vertical engine

It looks like R&V and then again NOT, !!!!!!!!!! Mmmmmmmmmmm strange, the 
early "A" series vertical (pre 1903) still had an ignitor with the two 
horizontal bolt holes.
I will ring my contact in the US in a couple of hours.
