[SEL] Starting of Austral .PDF

Hi all
Not sure if this is the same as Dave's engine, but these are the 
instructions for starting my baby Austral 3hp and others.
Print it out as the PDF reads backwards, this allows the pages to print back 
first so you can just staple them together.
Not sure about mistakes in the OCR Scan, tell me if there is.
