[SEL] Hercules flywheel key removal.

Hey Glen and Paul,
 
Glen was that style flywheel's mainly used on the older 1 1/2 HP  engines.
 
Paul, I do have a welder but I am not that good at welding, but I have a  
young man two doors down the street that is a good welder, that has been known  
to do some welding for me LOL.
