I'm afraid you are correct. I wish it was a few more square feet.
It will contain my tractor (F20) and at least 3 cars, may need to put in a
lift so I can "stack" them.

My hope is with the tractor and lawn/garden equipment out of the other
garage addition, my engines can breath a bit.
That poor 7hp Chapman still sits unassembled and buried under piles of
"stuff".
The F20 sits with lumber piled around it, and I have to squeeze through to
use the sandblast cabinet.
There's never enough room!
