[SEL] Fairbanks T

Got it on good authority that some of the older California engine guys had a 
consensus of opinion on the Fairbanks T red color. I got ahold of one of 
them and after a little coaxing he finally gave me the color code.  Old 
Dulux color before Dupont Centuri.  For those interested it is 93-2564-8. 
Napa crossed matched it from their national help desk and came up with 
Crossfire 53B 2569 Red Acrylic Enamel.
