Thanks Rob I sent my email to the link you suggested its not so much that
the information is secret it just isnt widely known its almost mythical i
have the info regarding the 115 mile per gallon carby it was a trial done
with a buick back in 1950 the original version dated back to 1920 you can
read about it at this link i found it facinating.It doesnt mention the pill
to add to water but does mention a powder its all there for your reading.

Arnie, Arnie, Arnie.
It wasn't Chevron who bought up the patents for the water pill, it was
Texaco...or was it Unocal...  Doesn't matter - we bought up both companies!

Anyway, we're only the bad guys because we inherited the patent.

We did however, snag the developers of the Mr. Fusion Home Energy Converter.
No plans on releasing it as yet.
