Update on that new van: we have ordered it for 24th September
delivery, the same van from Vauxhall was December delivery, didn't
check on the Nissan version.

In case anyone is wondering, the Renault/Vauxhall/Nissan/Opel versions
of this vehicle are all made at the GM Vauxhall factory for the UK
market only. The Opels are exported to Europe.

Price with taxes and discount is a little under $US40,000 so it isn't
just petrol that is expensive over here! That is a fairly well spec'd
vehicle and includes 150bhp engine, aircon, CD Stereo, electric
windows and mirrors, tinted glass, cab bulkhead, towbar and electrics
and tachograph (required when towing a trailer commercially)

We are keeping the original Renault van and getting rid of the smaller
Vauxhall Astravan which is just over 4 years old now and has covered
just over 100K miles..
