[SEL] 32volt Delco light plant

Hi Ron,

I got my Delco light plant from Nels Johnsrud.  He just hooked up three
12-volt batteries and setup a really neat electrical load.  He made three
big fan boxes with 12-volt auto radiator fans.  Plug 'em all in and you've
got a nice load AND a REALLY nice breeze for a hot day at the show.

It works really well.
