I found the answer late last night Alan, thanks.

There is a choice in the SEL config page that allows you to 
set whether
you get your own emails or not. Mine was set at "No", probably 
the
"default".

I'll be watching to see if I get this post. ;-) Anyhoo I've 
changed my
addy for SEL to:

Oh, I've signed up for Photobucket too, thanks for the prod

BTW the info that I've gathered so far on the FM-Z carcus is 
that it
could be setup as a Throttle governed or Manual governed (as 
in this bad
pic).
