[SEL] Urgent engine question

Hi Peter,
	The purpose of the weight (ie a heavier place in a flywheel) or a  
lighter place in the flywheel (ie material removed from a flywheel-- 
either by casting or by machining) is to "off set" the weight of the  
throws of the crank.
