[SEL] Factory Hot Tube Ignition

 We hava aTangyes, Hot tube ignition, timing is changed by moving flame
 along the tube to advance or retard firing.
It has a pendulum Govenor that operates on the exhaust valve which makes it 
a hit & miss type eng. most hot bulb engines that I have seen operate the 
miss cycle on the fuel valve so as to maintain heat in the hot bulb, but not 
this cantankerous Tangyes.
