[SEL] Mitchell Drag Saw Revisited, again

Hi.....
You folks might remember a few months ago I was trying to help identify a
large old drag saw from an old family picture a lady in Portland Oregon
found. She had a couple of pictures, one showing a picture of her
grandfather with the saw. Dave Otto came up with the idea that it might be
from the Mitchell Lewis & Staver company which was (and is) an industrial
equipment supplier based in the Portland area. Several people suggested
that the engine was an early vertical Stover.
Bonnie, the lady with the pictures, was able to contact Mitchell Lewis &
Staver and they sent her a scan from an old catalog page that I'm sure
confirms that her grandfather's drag was a Mitchell saw sold by Mitchell
Lewis & Staver. Take a look at:
