Hi Dave,
	The magneto bracket seems to be a fairly common accessory on the
little IHCs here in Oz. It is a genuine IHC part and (from memory) is
actually a different bearing cap with the bracket cast on it. There is also
one on this engine:

is different to the one I owned & I have never seen one before using a
magneto.
It seems to be driven by the belt drive cog! Were these fitted by the Oz
importer?
