[SEL] 11 horsepower lamp start Austral oil engine--Info Needed

Hey Arnie,
 That's part of the cooling system. The water pump picks the water up  from 
the tank, pushes it through the engine, it then flows through the upright  
cooling tank behind the engine then back into the tank below the  engine.
