[SEL] - Maglite LED Conversion O.T.

I found a conversion for the small (2-AA batteries) at Wal-Mart.  Ended
up putting the old bulb back in; didn't seem NEAR as bright.

Hi List,
Has any one converted their Maglite flash light(s) to use  LED(s)?  If
so, 
where did you get the conversion kit?  Is the cap  switch required?
Nite Ize 
makes one, but, I haven't been able to find a  sales outlet.
