Larry,
    Thanks for the photos.  Greg certainly has a dandy engine.  I 
remember when he bought it, everyone thought he was a bit crazy.  Times 
change don't they.  I think the vintage of the engine is actually late 
1880's and it was in one of the last production of slide valves Deutz 
produced.  The difference between Deutz and other manufacturers was that 
they left their engines unchanged from early to later production.  
Greg's engine is virtually the same engine that Otto began producing in 
the mid to late 1870's.   It runs nice!
