I called Rachel and she was concerned about you hurting yourself out there  
in the shop, so I told her when she couldn't stay right there and watch  you, 
to put a chain around your neck and fasten the other end to the clothes  line 
out in the yard, where you can run the length of the clothes line to get  your 
exercise but you can't hurt yourself He He He.
