[SEL] Another Whazzit

G'day Pip;
  Yea, going to go for it.  Need to find the owner and see if it needs a new 
home as "Eco" needs a drop frame.  I was surprised that it wasn't stuck. 
It's only about an hour drive for me so will try to get more and better 
pictures.

   THANKS MUCH to Tommy Turner for the initial ID....and to Patrick for the 
followup.  John, you weren't the only one who said F&J.
