[SEL] Another Whazzit

Rick,
    Thats a 6 HP Fairbanks Morse Type H, hit and miss,  that has been 
mounted on an Economy drop frame cart.  The cart rails can have the U 
bolts that are attached at the end loosened and the rails slid together 
to make it tapered.
