[SEL] Senior Citizen needs help starting engine LOL.

I know Jim's server has been doing some strange things with pictures and 
links, but this one is 'really' strange. The address location shows that it 
is supposed to be a Portland picture. I took a screen print and posted it 
here:

Hitting refresh/reload and the correct picture came up.
