  Hi Dave,
Looked like a good story but unfortunately the server "reset"
while I was trying to read it and I lost the whole damn thing.
I normally like to "save" the pic and read it offline but your
"webshots" album is done with Macromedia Flash and this does not give me
that option. On the previous webshots I could save the pic and study it at
my leisure.
Sorry friend, I really liked the start of the story but will
probably never be able to read the rest (unless you email it to me).
There are still are a number of us that do not have broadband - We
live on the "blunt end" of the technological divide. Is there a way you
could load it onto a normal website (ie. - not an "advertising supported"
site so that the likes of me could also share it ?

Sorry if I sound "cranky" but that's the way it is.

I "HATE" webshots these days - it's just getting very
"commercialised" - sorry, I liked the "old internet".

Sorry for being "cranky" guys - I love all your posts and articles
and always follow the links but I get a bit "pissed off" when I have to
wait for advertising that is totally irrelevant to me and steals my money
(Our Telkom "dial up" time) and makes me wait to see what I "clicked"
. (No - I do NOT want to buy a condominium in the Everglades! - I just
wanna see a pic of an old engine! - is that too much to ask?).

I will never log on to any "webshots" site again (possibly my
loss) but I'm "sick and tired" of using my connection time to read
advertising that is totally irrelevant to me.

Keep the revs up (or down)
