I would say also that what stresses there were locked into that curved spoke 
had more latitude . They do look much better and as there was a lot of 
beauty in some of those early engines I would say that has a lot to do with 
it . In my case I will go for the trailing curved spoke option.
BTW ,can I send you an  image of this engine .....you never know it seems to 
stop everyone so far ?
I've not forgotten that Mc Donald ....next week !
