I scratched my head and thought "What the hell?" when I saw it, too. 
Women tend to see it and grin. It got the biggest response from the 
audience of anything at the show in Philadelphia. She explained that it 
was her response to the "True Love Waits" rings that were marketed to 
teenage girls a few years ago. She doesn't think that abstinence-only 
education is very sensible.
