Hi Tommy,
         I tried that site in order to get the EXACTLY right time, but it's 
not much help. Every time that I get ready to set my clock they  change the 
time!

PS, I think I'll just stop winding my clock--then (after it stops) it will 
be EXACTLY correct 2 times a day!
