[SEL] Planet Jr Wrench

Howdy Folks,
I was cleaning out an old tool box I grabbed from an estate sale a couple years ago and found an old wrench that says Planet Jr. on each side.
One end is an 11/16' open end and the other end will fit a 5/8 square, then if you flip it over it fits a 1/2" square nut.
Are these common sizes on a Planet Junior tractor?
Did a wrench like this come with every tractor?
