Howdy all,

We had a GREAT engine weekend.  Most of the restoration of the buzz 
saw cart is complete so it was time to mount the 1907 4 hp Famous on 
the cart.  The engine was on a sub base so we removed it from that, 
placed it on some blocks to get things measured out like we wanted, 
cut and drilled the mounting holes in the oak boards, bolted the 
engine to the boards and then mounted it all on the cart.  The whole 
event went about as smoothly as anything I've done with old iron in a 
while.  I've put a few pictures up at

Today while it was pouring rain outside we sat and listened to it 
chuff away.  There is still quite a bit to do to complete the whole 
project but we're very excited about where things are at this point!
