Dave,
Great documentation of your work and you have this looking excellent! 
You _know_ you are inspiring other to give pattern making a try.
A couple of weeks ago I wrapped up another piston pattern and corebox of 
a 3 HP Hercules/Jaeger/Economy.  I'll try and download the pictures from 
the camera and get them posted soon.
Now we just need to wait for Rick to get his foundry up and running. 
Nothing quite like a startup!
