Hey Paul,
My wife Missy just Googled herself and found out she was born here in 
Gaston Co, North Carolina in 1880. She doesn't look near her age!
But seriously I'm sorry you are having all this trouble. For the rest of 
us that don't have a clue wot you are talking about, can you tell us wot 
IP blocks are?
??? Each website gets assigned a specific IP address? You can reserve IP 
address blocks? Lowlifes have discovered unused IP addresses and use 
them for their own websites (porn etc.)? Have I got it close to right?
Most of us have no clue at this level of detail of the internet world.
