Greetings fellow list members... here is a great reason to google your own name from time to time - today I found this

I've tried contacting these wankers to no avail... So I'm posting this message as far and as wide as I can to both clear 
my name and in a warning to others who may be attacked personally by these people. I apologise in advance for the OT 
content of this message - but it is likely to be of interest to those members running their own web or email servers 
with allocated addresses.

www.completewhois.com right of reply - I appear to be slandered in a listing on a web site completewhois.com as a 
ipblock hijacker! The operators of this site have incorrectly interpreted publicly available internet addressing data 
and labelled me unfairly and incorrectly. They have at no time attempted to contact me before publishing their bullshit. 
As at 2nd March 2006 they do not answer my emails and phone calls disputing their label. I cannot afford to follow up 
the problem in USA courts and it is out of the jurisdiction of our local courts.
The history is that my former company PPIT Pty Ltd ACN 059 051 320 registered in Australia that has been liquidated was 
allocated several class C network addresses. I once ran a small ISP (one of the first in Australia). The addresses were 
allocated by Melbourne University with the assistance of MHSNet (then a part of Sydney University) later MHS and even 
later became the ISP Netcon. The IPBLOCKS in question were never returned to APNIC as I am unable to sign legal 
documents on behalf of the company because it no longer exists. Any subsequent users of these blocks are the address 
hijackers. The twerp who runs the site has the facts backward. If he bothered to check the dates of the records in whois 
he would see that I had the addresses first. The IP blocks are no-longer in use (have not been since PPIT was closed) 
and could be returned to APNIC.
The slanderers are hiding behind completewhois.com which is registered to Elan Networks, CompleteWhois Project 
(COMPLETEWHOIS-COM-DOM)

Elan Communications dba Elan Networks is registered to the same address. There is no human contact that I can find. If 
you wanted to contact these jokers they have only the addresses hostmaster at elan.net and webmaster at completewhois.com and

The slanderous statement apart from calling me a hijacker which is bad enough is "Hijacking APNIC netblocks. Selling or 
leasing ip blocks. Using ip blocks to send unsolicited emails, often of adult content and hosting websites advertised by 
such emails. Close ties to some Russian porn and spammer groups." - Unbelievable - I wish these wankers were in 
Australia because I'd go them for it in court.
