Just finished painting my house Joe. Got an estimate, $4300 to paint the trim on a brick house. My wife asked if I wanted to get another estimate, I told her no, I'll paint it myself and save $4300. If we had a $ 2500 estimate I could only save $2500.  This gives me a lot more engine mbney.
