[SEL] OT but useful utility

Hi List,
         A friend in the States is building up a Bernard engine and I
scanned some manual pages for him.
         He wrote back and asked how to convert the torque from m.kg to
ft/lbs and it reminded me of a small free programme I have on my computer
called "convert.exe".

         I thought I would just share it with you guys as it really is a
very useful prog and will convert just about any measurement to a different
standard (and has a "torque" tab as well-which probably makes it "On
topic"). It is only 156 Kbytes and does not need to be "installed" on
windows - just unzip it to your Desktop (or wherever) and double click it
and away you go.

         You can read about it and download it here:
<http://joshmadison.net/software/convert/>
         If you know how to use zip files then just go for the zip and not
the installation file.

         Let me know what you think of it

Keep the revs up (or down)
