[SEL] Portland Cookbook Fund Raiser

Hi Folks,

Those of you that belong to Tri-State received a note that they're working
on a cookbook to be sold at Portland this year as a fund raiser.

Since the only thing an engine man (or woman) likes more than playing with
engines is eating, how about picking out your favorite recipe or two and
offering it for inclusion in the cookbook?
